Welcome to Woodley Goju Ryu Karate Club. Karate is a Japanese martial art of self defence which translates to ‘empty hands’ and implies weapon less self defence. Karate will help improve self confidence, focus and concentration. Fitness levels will increase along with stamina, strength, co-ordination and balance. Karate gives a positive attitude towards life, learn respect for yourself and others and most of all learn how to defend yourself, friends and family.
